I am is a sixth generation South Carolinian. I have degrees in History and Electrical Engineering from East Carolina University and the University of Tennessee, respectively.  Following a career in the nuclear industry, I have returned to my earlier love of history with this book of family Civil War letters.  I reside in Aiken, S.C. where I operate a small bookselling business specializing in Civil War, Caroliniana, and Southern fiction.
